Our car subscription service is super flexible to meet your needs. Subscribe for 3 months or more for a lower monthly fee, or switch things up by upgrading or downgrading your subscription whenever you need.

Traditional car rentals are usually short-term, often limited to a few days or weeks, whereas our subscription service renews every month and can be paused or cancelled through our app at any time.

When you book a car through a traditional rental company, you can only choose your preferred brand and type, with no proper clarity on the model and make of the car. You only see the exact car you are getting once you head to the rental office to pick it up. Alternatively, with invygo's car subscription, you can choose the exact car listed, including its make, model, specifications, color, etc., and have it delivered to your doorstep for free.

Another big difference is that traditional rentals can be more expensive when you add all the additional charges they include on the bill plus the hefty security deposit. With invygo's Monthly Subscription, you get to choose the add-ons, and the final price you see on the app includes everything except fuel, parking, toll fees, and traffic fines.

Most importantly, we take no security deposit, so you end up paying less for a car with our subscription service vs a traditional rental.

What is the minimum duration of the subscription?

Our Monthly Subscription has a minimum duration of 30 days. The subscription is automatically renewed every month until you decide to return the car. We aim to provide a hassle-free experience, with no deposit and free delivery/pick-up options. To ensure we can continue to offer these benefits and more, we maintain a minimum subscription period of 30 days.

Are the prices on the app the final price?

The price you see in the app includes VAT and all the fees associated with having a car. The only fees you will pay separately from this include fuel, parking, toll fees, and any traffic fines you may incur during your subscription.

Yes, the payments made via the invygo app are secure. We're PCI-compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) - an independent and globally recognized standard for secure card payments. It is considered the highest standard for e-commerce payments and follows the UAE banking compliance guidelines.

How much does a car subscription with invygo cost?

The monthly fee for a car subscription usually starts at AED 1,500 and increases depending on the type of car you choose, the add-ons you select, and the length of your chosen subscription.

The longer you subscribe, the more you save. You can save up to 10% with 3-month subscriptions, 15% with 6-month subscriptions, and 20% with 9-month subscriptions. Remember, you can cancel at any time.

What documents are required?

Just the basics: a valid Emirates ID, a valid UAE driver's license, and a debit/credit card for payment. Please note that unless your UAE license is more than 1 year old, you will also have to submit the license of your home country.

Our Monthly Subscription contract is hassle-free. It automatically renews every 30 days. Returning the car is also easy, just use the app to complete the process.

How do I return my car?

To schedule your return, access the subscription tab on the app by clicking on the calendar icon at the bottom. This will allow you to select the return details and schedule the return easily.

Pro-tip – make sure to refuel the car tank to the same level you received it to avoid unnecessary charges.

Can I swap cars? How do I do this?

Yes, you can swap cars with our Monthly Subscription plan. Simply access the Swap feature on your subscription details within the app, choose the new car you want, and follow the steps. Once you have completed these steps, your old car will be picked up, and the new one will be delivered to you.

To ensure a smooth transition between cars, we suggest scheduling your current car's return date and time to be the same as the delivery date and time of the next car you wish to book. Remember to fuel up the car you are returning to avoid unnecessary charges.

What kind of insurance is available?

We offer standard insurance as part of your subscription, which is already included in the monthly fee. This covers any damages that are not your fault and has a corresponding police report. In the event of an accident caused by your actions, you will be responsible for paying an excess liability fee, which will differ based on the car you booked.

If you prefer, you can upgrade to full insurance for an extra fee directly in the app. Full insurance provides coverage for all damages from accidents, regardless of who is at fault, as long as there is a police report available.

Please note this insurance only covers the person whose details we have on file. If you would like someone else to drive the car as well, you will need to add them as a second driver through the app to ensure coverage for any liability. To ensure that all drivers are properly insured, we request your cooperation in following this step for your convenience.
