What is invygo?
invygo is an in-app car subscription service allowing users to subscribe monthly, yearly or even subscribe to own.
We believe that mobility and access to a car should not be contingent on paper-work and complicated processes.
What is car subscription?
Car subscription is an all inclusive monthly payment - we give you access to a car without having to worry about long term commitment. Our car subscription is an all-inclusive service - with maintenance, car servicing, insurance, and delivery. Each of our offerings include different benefits - the longer you commit, the better the monthly fee but if you prefer flexibility, our monthly offering gives you the option to upgrade or downgrade as needed.
How is a car subscription different from traditional renting, owning, or leasing?
Here is how car subscription compares to each of the traditional car options out there.
- Renting: Car rentals are a short-term solution that can look great on paper but usually include a security deposit and a car that may not be the one you chose. While there are a few good rental companies out there, none have eliminated deposits or guarantee the exact car you were promised. With invygo there are no deposits, and the car you see in the app is the car you get (down to the mileage).
- Leasing: Car leasing is a fixed-term contract that locks you in for a longer period of time than a rental. While leasing may be a great fit for someone who knows what they will be driving in 36 months, this level of commitment isn’t for everyone. It is also not a flexible contract, and usually quite costly if you need to break the contract. invygo really is a month by month plan.
- Owning: Owning a car is the ultimate marriage between a person and a car. While it may be a great fit for some people, owning can be very costly, requires a lot of time spent taking care of the car and most of us forget about all the additional payments that come up throughout the lifetime of owning. With us, the servicing, the insurance, the registration are all on us - and with our subscribe to own, you can change your mind at no cost.
What type of subscriptions do you offer?
We offer 3 different types of subscription:
Monthly subscription - our most flexible offering. The subscription is 30 days, automatically renewed - gives you the option to cancel anytime, upgrade or downgrade, SWAP as needed and edit your add-ons month on month as needed.
Yearly Subscription - the in between offering. Commit for a year or two to the same car for better rates.
Subscribe to buy - Subscribe to a car for a monthly fee, commit for either 2 or 3 years and you have the option to buy the car for a fee at the end of the subscription term.
What is the minimum duration of subscription?
With invygo monthly the minimum duration you can subscribe for is a month. The subscription is automatically rolled over month on month until you want to return the car. In order to be able to offer a deposit free experience, free delivery and pick up and more options, it is important that we maintain the minimum time of 30 days.
PRICE & BILLING
Are the prices in the app the final price?
The price you see in the app includes VAT and all fees associated with having a car. The only fees you will pay separately from this are gas and any traffic charges you may get. Here’s what’s included in the fee:
- Routine Maintenance
- Standard Insurance (which you can upgrade to full insurance in the app)
- Roadside Assistance
- Replacement car
- 24/7 customer service
Is there a deposit?
We don’t take deposits or down payments. You only pay a monthly fee for your car subscription.
Are payments secure on the app?
We're PCI compliant - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard - which is an independent and a global gold standard for secure card payments. This is the highest standard for e-commerce payment and follows the Saudi Bank compliance.
Can I pay using a debit card or Mada?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and Mada. Reach out to us via chat or email if you are facing issues of any kind when trying to finalize the payment.
What is the range of monthly subscription fees?
Our cars range from affordable to premium. Monthly subscription fees start at AED 1099 per month. This fee includes VAT, car insurance, routine maintenance, warranty, any roadside assistance you may need & free delivery and pick-up.
DOCUMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
What documents are required?
To subscribe to a car, we require a valid EID, a UAE driver’s license, and a credit/debit for payment. Please note that your UAE license must be 1 year old, if not you a second home license will be needed as well.

What conditions do you have for a new driver?
We accept UAE licenses that are 6 months or older only for certain cars. The majority of our cars require 1 year license.
DELIVERY & SERVICE
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery and pickup are free.
What if I have car issues?
For service requests, you can request these directly in the app and we will handle everything on your behalf. Additionally, every car comes with a 24/7 emergency number you can call in case you face a more pressing issue (or have an accident).
How do I renew my contract?
Our monthly subscription contract is automatically renewed every 30 days - there’s nothing for you to do - simply keep the car and enjoy the drive. Once you are ready to return the car, you can choose to do this in the app.
Our yearly and subscribe to own contracts are longer are not renewable once you have finished your term.
How do I return my car?
To schedule your return, you need to go to the subscription tab on the app (it looks like a calendar icon at the bottom) and you should be able to select return details very easily.
Pro tip - Do make sure to fuel up the car tank to the same level at which you received it to avoid any unnecessary charges!
Can I swap cars? How do I do this?
If you are subscribed to invygo monthly, yes, you can ! In the app, you can select the SWAP options on your subscription details, choose the new car you want, and follow the steps. Your old car will be picked up and the new delivered to you.
Pro tip - To ensure a smooth transition between cars, we recommend you schedule the return date & time of your current car to be the same as the delivery date & time of the next car you wish to book. Remember to fuel up the car you are returning.
What kind of insurance is available?
Your subscription comes with standard insurance (included in the fee). This covers everything that isn't your fault with a police report. If an accident happens that is your fault, you will pay an excess liability fee - the excess liability depends on the car booked.
If you’d like to upgrade to full insurance, you can do so at an additional fee directly in the app. Full insurance covers all accidents damages - even if it is your fault - as long as you have the police report.
CARS & DRIVERS
What are the cars available?
At the moment we have over 100 models and counting available in our app. We’re focused on growing our fleet in size and variety to make sure there is a car that fits everyone. If you have a specific model you would like us to add, let us know!
Pro tip: always have the app updated to the latest version to see the latest cars available and offers - our cars are updated daily based on dealer availability.
What about the quality of cars?
All of our cars come from authorized dealerships ensuring that you get cars that are the best in quality and maintenance.
How much mileage do I get with my subscription?
Our cars come with a standard of 2,500 km per month included in the fee. You can upgrade to 4,000 km for an additional fee.
What about additional drivers?
Additional drivers can be added to your subscription. There is an additional payment per month for every additional driver. It's SAR 50 per month which covers the cost of insuring each additional driver.
Who can drive the car I am subscribed to?
Once you subscribe to a car - your details are shared with the insurance companies to ensure that you are covered in case of an accident and/or damages made to the car - however, this only covers the person whose details we have on file.
If you would like someone else to drive the car as well, you will need to add them as a second driver in the app - to cover you against any liability.
Since we need the details of those driving to make sure they are insured, we ask, for your convenience, to not allow any additional people to drive the car.
